Il "bullet journal" è un sistema analogico per scrivere note, prendere appunti e creare delle liste.

Il bullet journal si basa su un tipo di annotazione molto breve, costituita da parole chiave e frasi semplici. Accanto a queste annotazioni vengono inseriti pochi simboli che servono a distinguere immediatamente le cose prioritarie, e ad ordinarle in funzione della categoria di appartenenza.
E' un sistema altamente flessibile, e postrete adattarlo facilmente in base alle vostre esigenze, modificandolo o integrandolo a qualsiasi altro sistema. Queste che vi mostrerò sono le linee guida che ho seguito per creare il mio bullet journal (in realtà è ancora in fase di perfezionamento ^-^ ).

The bullet journal is a type of annotation very short, made of key words and simple sentences. On the side of these annotations there are few symbols that serve to distinguish immediately the priority and the category of each entry.
It's a highly flexible system, and you can easily adapt it to your needs, modifying or supplementing any other system. I will show the guidelines that I followed to create my bullet journal (in fact I'm still refining it ^ - ^) .

Il quaderno che sto utilizzando attualmente mi è stato donato da Daniela B. Adoro questo quaderno, sia per la dimensione, sia per la qualità della carta: è abbastanza sottile da non pesare molto ed avere molti fogli in uno spessore ridotto, ma non lascia intravedere l'inchiostro dall'altro lato del foglio. Inoltre, non so come sia possibile, ma nonostante gli stickers e i decotape aderiscano abbastanza bene, con un po' di sforzo si riescono a rimuovere e riposizionare senza rovinare ne la pagina e ne lo stickers stesso.

The notebook I'm currently using is a gift from Daniela B. I love this book, I like the size and the quality of the paper, that it's thin enough to not weigh much and have so many sheets inside, but it's thick enough to don't let the ink on the other side of the paper. I don't know how it's possible, but despite the stickers and decotape adhere well enough, with a little bit of effort you can remove and reposition them without damaging the page or the stickers.

Le prime due pagine sono riservate alla legenda. La prima legenda ve la spiegherò in seguito, la seconda invece serve per individuare e classificare le varie voci da inserire al suo interno. Vediamo in dettaglio.
Al lato di ogni voce si inseriscono dei simboli ( A1) che ne determinano la natura, ovvero se si tratta di una cosa da fare, un'idea, o un appuntamento;
La categoria di simboli A2 sono integrativi della legenda A1, ed indicano lo stato di avanzamento della voce, e quindi se si tratta di una cosa ancora da completare, già conclusa, che è stata rimandata o cancellata.
La lettera B raggruppa i simboli che indicano la priorità di una voce rispetto ad un altra, oppure se occorre effettuare un approfondimento, ecc. Questi simboli potranno essere inseriti eventualmente davanti ai simboli di A1.

The first two pages are reserved for the legend . I will explain the first legend later, instead the second one identify and classify the various entries placed inside. Let's see in detail. Beside each entry, you can insert symbols from the category A1, which determines its nature, if it's a thing to do, an idea, or an appointment; The symbols A2 are supplementary of the A1 ones, and they indicate the progress of the entry, if it's uncompleted, completed, postponed or deleted. The group B1 indicate the priority of an entry respect to another, or if you need to have a close up, and so on. These symbols can be inserted in the left side of the simbols A1.

Questo qui sotto è solo un esempio ipotetico per spiegare più facilmente come andare ad inserire le informazioni nel diario.

la cosa più urgente da fare è l'appuntamento dal dentista. poichè l'appuntamento è già avvenuto, il cerchio è stato riempito. Occorre fare la spesa, per comprare principalmente il latte. Il quadrato è parzialmente riempito perchè ancora non si è acquistato il pane ( il cui acquisto è stato rimandato attraverso una freccia)...

This below is just a hypothetical example to explain how to go to more easily enter the information in the diary .

the most urgent thing to do is the dentist appointment. Since the appointment has already taken place, the circle was filled. I should go tho market, to buy mainly milk. The square is partially filled because I haven't purchased the bread ( the purchase was postponed by an arrow) ...

Dalla terza pagina inizia l'indice. E' sempre bene aggiornare l'indice ogni volta che si inizia una nuova pagina, in modo da renderne più agevole la sua ricerca ogni volta che si ha bisogno. Ho lasciato qualche pagina vuota in previsione delle nuove voci in futuro.

In the third page starts the index. It's always good to update the index every time you start a new page, to make easier the search of any page every time you need it. I left some blank page in anticipation of the new entries in the future.

La prima vera pagina contiene un calendario dell'anno in corso. Nella pagina a fianco ho iniziato a scrivere tutti gli eventi e anniversari di quel mese. Mi piace avere una lista in modo da poterli verificare in un solo colpo d'occhio. Anche in questo caso ho lasciato una pagina vuota per eventuali aggiornamenti futuri.

The very first page contains a calendar of the current year. On the opposite page I started writing all the events and anniversaries of the month. I like to have a list so you can check them at a glance. Again I left a blank page for any future updates.

Le pagine seguenti si riferiscono alla settimana appena trascorsa (ovvero la 18° settimana). Le prime pagine riguardano le cose da fare, le note, gli appuntamenti inerenti alla settimana. Nel sistema originale queste informazioni sono sistemate in scala giornaliera. Io però preferisco inserirle in una vista settimanale, perchè mi piace scegliere in base alla giornata quali compiti svolgere ;)

The following pages relate to the past week (the week 18 ). The first pages relate things to do, notes, appointments of the week. In the original system, these information are arranged in a daily scale. But I prefer to put them in a weekly view because I like to choose tasks according to day ;)

Nel quaderno ho inserito alcune pagini "speciali", ovvere delle pagine che riguardano un argomento specifico, che può essere un pensiero, un'idea, un progetto, una lista particolare...
Queste pagine saranno poi inserite nell'indice.

In the journal I added some "special" pages, that relate to a specific topic, like a thought, an idea, a project, a particular list ... These pages will be entered in the index.

Se ci sono progetti ricorrenti, o delle liste che continuano in un altre pagine non contigue, per non perderle di vista tra tutte le altre pagine, o per non doverle cercare ogni volta nell'indice, ho deciso di utilizzare il sistema ideato da DIYfish nel suo life mapping system.
Nella legenda nella prima pagina ho inserito i temi più ricorrenti, ed accanto il proprio colore.
Per cui ogni volta che vorrò cercare tutte le pagine che riguardano un particolare tema, mi basterà semplicemente sfogliare un po' lateralmente e trovare il colore corrispondente.

If there are recurring projects, or lists on the other pages that aren't contiguous, not to lose sight of all the full pages, or for not having to search through the index, I decided to use the system devised by DIYfish in her life mapping system. In the legend on the first page I have included the most common themes, and beside them I put a color.
So whenever I want to find all pages that relate to a particular theme, I can simply browse a bit and find the corresponding color.

Poichè la carta è molto sottile, per non rischiare di lasciare il calco della penna sulle pagine di dopo, ho ritagliato un cartoncino, sul quale ho inserito anche il codice dei colori, in modo da non dover ogni volta ritornare alla prima pagine per risalire al colore di riferimento.

Because of the paper is very thin and I don't want leave the mark of the pen on the pages later, I cut a piece of cardboard, on which I also added the color code, so I don't have always to return to the first pages to find the refering color.
